Just 400 metres from the lake shore, this light-filled holiday apartment for 2, offers guests a shared pool and a tennis court. On the second floor of a condominium, it makes the ideal base from which to explore the historic sites of Desenzano del Garda and Lake Garda, Italy’s largest lake.
A large glass door ensures that the open-plan living area is flooded with light. The décor is airy and relaxed, with a comfortable sofa, a dining table for 4 people and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen, next to the dining area, is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine.
The balcony, which can be shaded in hotter months, acts like an extension of the living area. It is furnished with a dining table and chairs for meals al fresco.
The condominium’s extensive gardens include a tennis court and a large swimming pool, surrounded by a terrace and sun loungers, where guests can relax after a refreshing swim.

The charming town of Desenzano del Garda (5-minute drive) is known for its Roman villa and castle. The winding streets are home to many tempting boutiques and the town’s weekly market is the best place to find fresh local produce to cook at home.
There are several beaches close by and here guests can swim, kayak, paddle board or windsurf. Alternatively, there are regular ferries from Desenzano del Garda to many of the lovely, historic towns around the lake.
The nearest airports are Verona Villafranca (30 minute drive) and Milan Bergamo (55 minute drive).
