The Neighborhood

Situated only 6 km from Sydney’s CBD, locals can enjoy the popular Bay Run that encircles Iron Cove, taking outdoor enthusiasts through parklands with uninterrupted views of the harbour. When not pounding the pavement, locals cool off in the sun-drenched Drummoyne Swimming Centre that sits beneath the Iron Cove Bridge. We acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, in particular the Wangal people, as the first inhabitants and traditional custodians of the lands where we live, learn and work. William Wright, a merchant, whaler and sealer bought land in the northern part of the area in 1853. The property was bounded by present-day Lyons Road and Victoria Road. Drummoyne House was built in the Georgian Classical style. It was rectangular in plan with a hipped roof with a concave verandah across the entire front and returned along each side. He named it Drummoyne Park after his family home at Drummoyne on Clyde in Scotland. This Inner Sydney waterfront neighbourhood is all about shopping and harbour-side living. Bordered by Parramatta River and Iron Cove, locals gravitate towards the water’s edge. Although quiet by nature, Drummoyne draws attention to itself for its outlet shopping and its slice of the popular Bay Run. With Sydney Harbour as the backdrop, Drummoyne is popular for its foreshore parklands. It’s a neighbourhood that’s surrounded on three sides by the lapping waters of Iron Cove and the Parramatta River, where large family homes and apartments of all shapes and sizes take advantage of the panoramic views.

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • SuitableForChildren,-As the apartment is located within a vibrant marina, there may be noise from boating activities and working slipway between 8am and 2pm. We appreciate your understanding and are confident this will not detract from your overall experience. The property has double glazing throughout.
  • -Mandatory fortnightly clean for bookings over 14 days of AUD$475
  • -Additional exit clean fee of $450 for bookings of two months or more.
  • -AUD$150 accidental lock out fee
  • -AUD$150 for lost keys/ garage remote/fail to return keys or garage remote as per check out instructions
