The property is arranged over the ground and first floors of a historic building in the medieval town of Arco. On the ground floor, the open-plan living space features a characterful vaulted ceiling and is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a flatscreen smart HDTV and a dining table. This area also incorporates the kitchen which is fully equipped kitchen with; a cooker hob, an oven, a coffee machine, microwave, toaster and a fridge freezer. From the master bedroom on the first floor, guests can access the balcony and enjoy alfresco dining. This floor is reached via a spiral staircase in the living room.
