- This single-story cabin requires a small exterior step to enter
- This property does not have air conditioning
- Only catch-and-release fly fishing is permitted in the main community pond and on the community portion of the Fraser River. A fishing license is required; children under 15 can use a lure at the kids' pond, which is also catch-and-release only
- At Memorial Day, the hot tub and pool will be open daily for the summer. The pool has closed for the 2025 season and will reopen Memorial Day 2026. The hot tub will also close in early October and will re-open at Thanksgiving. This schedule may vary without notice
