The apartment is in a very family-friendly residence and sleeps 5 people. The bright open-plan, living room has a comfortable sofa, armchair and a flat-screen TV. Two sets of French windows open out onto the private balcony, with a table and chairs, where guests can relax and enjoy uninterrupted mountain views. Back indoors, the dining table seats 5 people and is next to the modern, fitted kitchen, which is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso and coffee machines.
Additionally, in the building, guests can enjoy total relaxation with shared amenities that include heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
