Additional usage will be charged at 24 Dominican pesos per kWh. Extra charges can be paid in cash, via local bank transfer, or through OTA. Please note, a $7.00 USD bank transaction fee applies when paying through OTA. 4) Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Early check-in at 10:00 AM: $50.00 USD. Early check-in between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM: $30.00 USD. Early check-in is subject to availability. 5) Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out until 2:00 PM: $30.00 USD. Late check-out until 5:00 PM: $50.00 USD. 6) You will be charged for any damage to the residence or apartment and for any missing items after your stay. 7) High-speed internet is included. Download speed: 62.5 Mbps, upload speed: 42.5 Mbps. 8) Cribs are available upon advance request (limited availability). 9) Cana Pearl is conveniently located just steps away from the Hard Rock Hotel lobby. The Cana Bay Private Beach Club is a 7–10 minute walk away. A minimum entry fee (USD per person) applies, which can be used toward food and beverages. The Beach Club closes at 6:00 PM. 10) We recommend stopping at a supermarket before your arrival. The accommodation is stocked with drinking water, coffee, sugar, dishwashing detergent, conditioner, shampoo, and body soap. Guests are responsible for restocking these items as needed. 11) Mountain bikes are available for rent (including helmet, delivery, and pick-up), subject to availability. Rental costs vary depending on the number of days. 12) A cash deposit of $200 USD is required (not applicable for OTA reservations). Beach Club hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. - There are nearby beaches with free access, such as Cortesito, Los Corales, and Macao (well known for being a beach where you can take surf lessons on one side and the other for being quiet), with many restaurants and shops in front. - Staying at Cana Pearl does not grant special access to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino amenities. Access is available only through a hotel day pass, with rates set daily by hotel management. We recommend calling the hotel a day in advance to check availability and pricing. - Guests are welcome to visit the Hard Rock Casino area for free! Go to the hotel lobby and let them know you’re there to enjoy the casino or public places. We are very familiar hosts, we are happy to be present at the time of check in, although we also send information through videos before arrival. As an additional tip we can tell you that some of our clients usually take advantage of one of the days and pay a DAY PASS in their facilities (applies to the Hard Rock Hotel or any of the hotels in the Area). In the same way it has a Private Beach Club that for a minimum of Consumption can have access to a whole day, the price is much better than a day trip at the hotel. Getting to Cana Pearl is very simple, once you arrive at Punta Cana International Airport, the airport has taxi drivers certified by the same airport to transport tourists, the price of the Taxi is around USD 45.00 to USD 55.00. Cana Pearl is 20 minutes from the airport, once you leave the airport you take a highway that goes directly to the complex. On the way to Cana Pearl we recommend entering a supermarket and buying provisions for the next days of your stay. At Property Manager we can book either the transfer in advance (we have bilingual drivers who can wait for you inside the airport with a sign) or help with supermarket shopping, so that when you arrive, you are calm and can enjoy your vacation 100%.
