A funky fourth-floor apartment (with lift), in the heart of Chamonix, close to everything you might want for a perfect holiday all year round.
This stylishly decorated penthouse sleeps 4 people. The living area is lit by a large glass door that leads onto a private balcony, where there is a table and chairs, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the spectacular mountain views. Indoors, the sitting area, with a pitched wooden ceiling, has a comfortable sofa, coffee table, large flat-screen tv and chest of drawers. The neat dining table and chairs are next to the open-plan kitchenette, which is well-equipped with an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster.
The smart residence has a shared, indoor pool with a sauna and a well-equipped gym.

Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom is lit by a large skylight. It has a double bed, wardrobe and en suite shower room
Bedroom 2: The cosy second bedroom, tucked under the eaves, has a single bed with a further pull-out single bed.

Bathroom 1: The freshly tiled, independent bathroom has a full bath with shower, basin and WC.
Bathroom 2: En suite to the master bedroom, this bathroom has a glass shower and a basin.

Please note: The pool is open every day during the year, from 9 am to 12 pm and from 3 pm to 8 pm.
It is only closed for 2 weeks in October for maintenance.
Location
The apartment is in the heart of Chamonix, close to the ski lifts and shuttle buses. The slopes are suitable for skiers and snowboarders of all levels. All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep. During the summer months, there are stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, white water rafting, golf, rock climbing, paragliding and horse riding. There is a skateboarding park and tennis courts within 15 minutes of the apartment.
For self-catering, there is an excellent farmers market every Saturday in Place du Mont Blanc, just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Otherwise, Chamonix has all the amenities guests might need. Geneva airport is a 1 hour, 10 minutes drive from the apartment. Whilst Chamonix Mont Blanc railway station is just 2 minute’s walk.
