This house is a short walk to upper King Street, the hub of Charleston’s top restaurants and nightlife. This renovated, 2-story Charleston home is located downtown in the Elliotborough neighborhood, appointed with chic, modern decor, pops of color, and all the shiplap you could want. Enjoy the outdoor porch and patio space with plenty of room to spread out. The fully-equipped open concept kitchen includes a large dinner table. The cozy living room with a large flat screen TV, cable and wireless internet is the perfect spot to relax after a day exploring downtown Charleston. The downstairs level also includes a half bath where the washer/dryer is located.
Upstairs you’ll find 3-bedrooms one with full ensuite bathroom plus an additional full bathroom with access from the hallway.

The house is located right off upper King St. just steps away from all of the bars and restaurants Charleston has to offer.
You will be able to walk to most places on the peninsula. Uber and Taxis are available as well. 20 minutes drive to Folly Beach, 5 minutes to Mt. Pleasant, 15 minutes to Sullivan’s island, 20 minutes to the airport, and 25 minutes to Isle of Palms!
