This stunning contemporary villa, with panoramic views over Kotor Bay, will take your breath away! A perfect example of contemporary architecture set in unspoiled countryside, the villa sleeps 8 people in comfort. This property guarantees a truly memorable holiday.
The spacious, open-plan living room on the ground floor has a wall of glass doors that open onto the terrace with an infinity pool. It offers beautiful views across the hillside to the sea. The seating area has two sofas, an armchair and a flat-screen TV. Next to this is a stylish dining table and a breakfast bar which leads to the immaculate, fitted kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and ice maker. At the far corner is an intimate seating area with 2 armchairs looking through the corner windows, over the sea.
The garden and pool area have been created with as much care as the interiors. There are sun loungers by the swimming pool where guests can relax after a refreshing swim. There is a shaded seating area and an al fresco dining table for meals in the fresh air. Children can enjoy a trampoline next to the front terrace as well as an extensive garden.

There are 4 bedrooms, each stylishly furnished with a King-size double bed, wardrobe and private balcony with a table and chairs and stunning sea views. All the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom.

Location
The villa is surrounded by a vineyard and, as it faces due west, enjoys wonderful sunsets, which can be viewed from the terrace. It is peaceful and quiet but it is only a 10-minute drive from the lively town of Herceg Novi.
Herceg Novi is blessed with fabulous beaches, great bars and restaurants and the excellent City Market where you can buy the very best local produce to cook at home. There is a separate fish market for the freshest catch of the day.
Rafaello Beach is 15 minutes away and Herceg Novi’s beach is a 17-minute drive. For a day away from the seaside, there are many stunning hikes in the mountains behind the villa, through beautiful countryside.
The famous Croatian port of Dubrovnik is 1 hour and 15 minutes along the coast and makes a great day trip, for shopping and discovering more of Croatia’s history.
Dubrovnik International Airport is just 55 minutes away.
