The apartment features air conditioning, and in addition to the large sunny terrace, there is a smaller second terrace accessible from the bedroom. The "Vienna-Internation-City Kaisermühlen" U-Bahn station is just a short walk away and provides quick access to the city center. The spacious apartment offers plenty of room for families or couples.
