A private room in the apartment is not accessible to guests. Guests have access to all areas of the home except for one closed room. The elevator reaches the upper living room floor. From there, 16 steps lead down to the bedroom level and to the workspace. The property is well-situated for both walking and public transportation, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and the broader Tel Aviv area. Free parking is also available for those traveling by car. This home is a private residence and is equipped with amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Guests can enjoy a coffee machine, basic pantry items, all kitchen utensils, bed linens, towels, shampoo, soap, and an iron. All Israeli citizens and holders of any other permit will be charged VAT at 18% (VAT rate may be changed without prior notice).
