This immaculate 3 bedroom and 3 1/2 bathroom property is situated on Ocean View Drive with breathtaking views of the city and ocean near Greenpoint Stadium. Entering this property off the street and into an entrance hall with a lift to access the property. The apartment is located on the bottom level of the property, greeting you as you exit the lift is a light and spacious, open-plan living space with with a cosy lounge and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen fitted with state-of-the-art appliances. The lounge area is equipped with a cosy fireplace and a comfortable couch that is suitable for enjoying a good movie. The dining area looks out towards stunning views with the room opening out onto a large balcony with a mid-size heated pool and an additional outside dining area overlooking the view of the ocean. The main bedroom shares access to the main balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean view. All the bedrooms are ensuite with A/C and black-out blinds. The other two rooms face the back of the property with the second bedroom sliding door opening up to a kid’s play area with a mini-rock climbing wall.
