Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Greetings from Property Manager and thank you very much for your reservation.
- All of our villas are individually owned, and each owner accepts a different payment method. We will send you a formal rental agreement with the proper payment method for the Villa you have selected. Please know that your payment has not been processed yet.
- If you have reserved through Home & Villas by Marriott, your payments are handle by Marriott. Please check the terms and conditions.
- • Cancellation Policy – All rental payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to other properties. This policy is strictly enforced and we are not authorized to make exceptions under any circumstances, including unforeseen or difficult situations. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect your investment—please contact your preferred insurance provider for more details.
- • Payments Methods for Casa Nueva Vida – All payments to Casa Nueva Vida must be transferred directly to the owners bank account.
