Welcome to Kokomo on the North End of Fort Myers Beach. This beautiful two-story home features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths is one that should not be missed. The entrance on the ground level is located around on the back side of the house by the private, heated saltwater pool. Through the entrance you will be welcomed by the open concept great room and kitchen. This area has been completely remodeled throughout. A fully equipped kitchen opens into a dining area and living room. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV, and a 10-foot glass sliding door that opens to the pool and beautiful canal. Two coastal themed bedrooms sit off the kitchen and living room area. The first bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has a king bed and half bath. On the opposite side of the kitchen is the primary suite featuring a king bed, en suite and a sitting area with sleeper sofa.
Take the steps, located by the pool, to the second level and enter the beautiful sun porch. Large sliding glass doors open to let the Gulf breeze in and provide you with elevated views of the canal below. The sun porch includes a large dining table and a trundle bed for additional sleeping for two people. The sun porch opens into the living room and kitchen. The living room has plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV making it a great place to hang out together for family game nights or just catching up after a day of sun and fun. The kitchen features beautiful wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Heading down the hallway from the great room you will find a guest bedroom off to the left. This bedroom offers two queen beds and a flat screen TV. A newly renovated bathroom is next to this bedroom. Continue down the hall and you will find the Primary bedroom featuring a king bed, TV, and en suite with a tub/shower combo. Your oasis in paradise is waiting in the back of the house. Here you will find a private, heated saltwater pool. The pool offers a fantastic in-water sitting deck which is perfect for playing with little ones in the pool or just to enjoy the Florida sunshine without getting too hot. The pool offers an amazing view of Estero Bay. The pool area also has plenty of pool loungers, a dining table, and a grill for you to use. For added convenience there is laundry, WIFI, and hair dryers in each bathroom. Come find out why Kokomo will be your family favorite for years to come.

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover’s Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again.
