On the edge of an intermittent lake and in the middle of a protected regional park lies an estate with a beautifully landscaped house by its own stream and carefully tended surroundings.
The two-bedroom holiday retreat for up to 5 guests is designed for a wonderful holiday with friends and family. Staying here is comfortable throughout the year. In the garden, guests can lounge on the deck chair and enjoy a peaceful time with chirping birds to keep them company. Other than this, guests may also prepare the choicest meals on the grill, dine under the stars and let the conversations flow. There are also arrangements for rafting in the stream to the sawmill. There is a garden next to the house where guests can pick seasonal vegetables and fruits as per their taste and need. A semi-circular covered terrace attached to the living room and overlooking the greenery is a great place to dine and lounge, especially on rainy days.
The open-plan living room is generous in size and has an L-shaped double sofa bed, cable TV and a kitchen with a dining area, an american style coffee machine, an oven, a toaster, a cooker hob, an electric kettle and a fridge with a freezer. On this floor, there is also a special room with a wood-burning stove for socializing on colder days.

The mountain-view house is perfect for exploring the natural landscape and stay in harmony with nature. The owner has bicycles which can be used by the guests to go cycling around the place. They can also walk through the forest and pick regional fruits on their way. Other interesting activities include photo opportunities, horseback riding, boating, fishing, bear hunting, bird watching, a panoramic ride on a farm cart or a horse-drawn carriage around the lake (which is about 5 kilometers from here). The sites that must be visited are Cerknica intermittent lake, Rakov Škocjan, the mysterious underground world of Postojna Cave and Škocjan Caves, Križna Jama with over 40 emerald lakes, castles, Lipica stud farm, the capital city of Ljubljana. If guests wish to dine out, there is a restaurant only a kilometer from here.
