The balcony apartment close to the lake beach has central heating and is located on the second floor of a four-storey building. The living room has a neat design with an open layout. There is a double sofa bed in one part of the room and a dining area and kitchen in the other overlooking the balcony and the outdoors. There is a flat-screen TV in the room. The kitchen dinner is perfect for 4 guests and is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a cooker hob, a fridge with a freezer and an electric kettle.

The well-ventilated apartment is only 500 meters to the lake. Car is not really recommended as the necessary amenities like restaurants, a supermarket and shops are at walking distance from the house. There is also a tennis court at 250 meters and the town center is only 350 meters away.
The town of Riva del Garda is the second largest town on Lake Garda and is well-served and well-connected. There are plenty of things to do and explore in this beautiful lake resort. From exploring the landscape on easy to difficult trails to taking boat trips or go for a stroll at the lakeside promenade to making the most of umpteen shopping opportunities, and visiting numerous historical monuments, the destination promises a well-rounded vacation by the lake for all kinds of travelers.
