Welcome to Jurmala! This charming 4-bedroom, pet-friendly - and kid-friendly - vacation home situated up on a high dune is located in the heart of the desirable town of Duck, NC in the Carolina Dunes community. Its amenities are sure to provide you with an amazing vacation. Take a dip in the private outdoor pool or enjoy a snack or your favorite beverage underneath the covered dining area. There is a full bathroom in this area for convenience. Be sure to wash off in the outdoor shower before going inside. Also, on this level is a full bathroom for convenience. Inside, you will find a spacious living area, a large kitchen with bar stool seating, and a large dining table for the whole group. All of the 4 bedrooms are on the same level. These include two Queen Bedrooms, 1 Bedroom with 2 Twin Bunks, 1 King Bedroom, and 2 Jack and Jill Bathrooms. Walking outside from the living area, you will be amazed by the abundance of deck space. Built into the deck on the second level is the hot tub perfect for soothing off the skin while you gaze up at the Outer Banks sky. The screened-in porch will provide hours of relaxation. For those who want an even better view, head up to the bird’s nest to find views of the ocean on one side and the sound on the other. Wait until you get a glimpse of a beautiful sunrise and sunset! Up here is also a spiral staircase that will take you down to the pool area. Don’t worry, there are locking wooden gates to keep the children safe! There is plenty of privacy and living space at Jurmala. The Carolina Dunes community beach access is a short walk down the street! You can grab a bicycle or your tennis shoes and take a walk through Duck Village where you will find adorable shops, delicious restaurants, and fun attractions. The Duck Boardwalk and Town Park are big hits as well. If you enjoy water sports, you will love the location of this vacation rental home! There are four parking spots for guests and an EV Charger for guests. **Jurmala is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only. Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.  This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.** **Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.** **For your safety and security, the entrance to this home is monitored by camera. Any attempt to dismantle, move, or tamper with the camera device in any way is a violation of our house rules and additional charges may apply.* Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time. Check-Out is 10am.
