This immaculate 7-Bedroom home nestled in the Village of Salvo on Hatteras Island; this home is sure to give you a great vacation! Located in the premiere soundfront community, Wind Over Waves, featuring a community boardwalk, use of the public boat dock for guests to take their boat out into the Pamlico Sound, and deeded oceanfront beach access across the street.
You will be amazed by the sound views this home provides and the proximity to the water is sure to please everyone. Grab your towels and beach gear and walk towards the water for a great day of fun in the sun. (Note: We ask that you adhere to private property signs and only utilize the water access listed as Wind Over Waves property.) Should you prefer to stay at the house, the private outdoor pool will make any day enjoyable - the kids in the group will love the kiddie pool! Additionally, a hot tub is available for use year-round! Shower off in the outdoor shower before making your way inside.
Guests will also appreciate the thoughtful extras provided for outdoor enjoyment, including kayaks with paddles, beach chairs, a beach wagon, additional pool loungers, and extra seating on the balconies.
On the first level of this home, you will find a fun recreation room with a wet bar. For the late-night folks in the group, there are two King En Suites on this level along with a half bathroom for convenience.
Step on up to the second level, to find more bedrooms. It will be hard to decide between the 3 beautifully decorated King En Suites - one with deck access. For the kids - young or old - there is a Bunk En Suite with two twin bunks. Anyone who stays in this room will love having the bathroom in the En Suite.
The third level of this amazing home contains the living spaces - an expansive living area, a large modern kitchen, a dining area for the whole group, and yet another King en suite for those who want to be closer to the coffee in the morning.
Enjoy staying on Hatteras Island and visit some of the attractions which are an easy drive away - especially the Hatteras Island Lighthouse.
This property has six parking spaces for guests.
Kiteboarding Paradise is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.
Heated Oceanfront Pool: Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay. This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
