The space: • Secret Speakeasy Room: Sip cocktails in the secret speakeasy (if you can find it 😉) while you play poker or card/board games and watch your choice of sports, shows, or movies on 2 side-by-side tv’s. • Movie Theater Room: Kick back in one of 12 reclining chairs and watch your favorite movie on the big screen. Don’t forget the popcorn! • Heated Infinity Pool & Hot Tub: The mountain views from the pool are unmatched! Reach out to us about heating the pool before your arrival. During the Winter months we suggest all wheel drive vehicles. Any other time of year 2 wheel drive vehicles are okay. Our home is conveniently located just 5 minutes off the interstate, making it easily accessible for all guests. Park in the parking garage and catch an Uber / Lyft downtown. OUTDOOR FEATURES • Play Fort and Hammock • Deck with outdoor seating and dining area, gas firepit, grilling station with TV • Infinity Pool and Hot Tub PARKING: Driveway Parking for up to 6 vehicles You will have access to the entire home, including the driveway, pool & spa, fort, and all exterior amenities. During the Winter months we suggest all wheel drive vehicles. Any other time of year 2 wheel drive vehicles are okay. ***** IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ ***** • Maximum Occupancy: Maximum of 22 guests, including adults, children, and infants. No additional guests are permitted due to fire safety and insurance requirements. • Age Requirement: All guests must be 18 or older, except children staying with their parents or guardians. • No Parties: Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Noise complaints or law enforcement calls may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund. • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. • We welcome your pups but require a $250 pet fee. We just ask that you keep them off of all furniture. Excess hair and fur on the furniture requires additional cleaning from our cleaning staff and will result in additional charges • Pool Notice: The infinity pool is unavailable from December 1 through March 1 due to seasonal closure. The spa will remain open and available during this time. • Pool & Spa Maintenance: The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced once weekly. • Pool Heating (In-Season Only): Available during operational months for $345 per day. Heating applies to the pool only and is not available during the winter closure period. • Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee starting at $60. Please message us in advance to check availability. • Cancellations & Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for protection against unexpected cancellations, weather, natural disasters, power outages, and other unforeseen events. We’re unable to offer refunds or rescheduled stays outside OTA’s Extenuating Circumstances Policy. • Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essential items.
