PLEASE NOTE: This Building has a mechanized parking system and that only sedans or vehicles with a roof height of less than 59 inches will be allowed. All residents must take training prior to check-in. Check-in must occur during regular business hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM should the resident wish to park their vehicle in the garage on the first day of the lease term. The Resident will be responsible for all damage to the system caused by improper use. Street Parking also available for Oversized Vehicles. Residents on the Property Manager Standby Program are not permitted to use the Mechanized Parking system.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Property Manager requires that all guests pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check. For stays of 30+ nights, Property Manager also requires SSN to run a soft credit check on the primary guest. Once you book, we’ll share a secure link for you to access our screening process.
