The property features multiple shaded lounge and dining areas, a large heated Jacuzzi, white marble terraces, a fully operational bar, a gym, and a pool shower bathroom. The villa offers seamless indoor-outdoor living with breathtaking sea views from nearly every room and terrace. One unique bedroom on the lower level features an underwater pool window view. All floors are accessible by stairs and elevator. Guests will have full access to all indoor and outdoor spaces, including the infinity swimming pool, terraces, multiple dining areas, outdoor bar, Jacuzzi, gym, and all ten bedrooms. There is on-site parking for six cars. Daily housekeeping, linen change twice a week, and towel changes three times per week are included. Jacuzzi heating is provided as standard, while pool heating is available at an additional cost. Guests may arrive by transfer or rental car. Private chauffeur services and transfers can be arranged upon request. On-site parking is available for up to six vehicles. Additional luxury services are available upon request, including chef-prepared meals, theme nights, in-house massages, babysitting, grocery shopping, yacht rentals, and personal training sessions.
