- This 3-story cabin requires 1 exterior step to enter. While it offers 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom on the main level, interior stairs are required to access the bedrooms on the upper and lower levels
- The living room, game room and all bedrooms feature electric fireplaces which can be used for heat or without heat for ambiance
- A pest control company treats the home regularly. If you should find an occasional dead insect in the house it signifies that the pest control company has done its job. If you find a live bug, please do not be alarmed. This is not uncommon in the mountains and woods, especially if a door is left open for any length of time. You may see ladybugs, cluster flies, carpenter bees, and other insects around the property, none of which are harmful. If you fear bugs, please consider this when booking our home. You may also see black bears — please follow all safety guidelines and avoid interaction with bears

This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located above the front door facing the front outdoor entry, 1 camera is located on the right side of the home facing the driveway, and 1 camera is located on the left side of the home facing the deck. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
