Our unit boasts incredible ocean views PLUS access to all the amazing amenities that St Regis has to offer, like both indoor and outdoor pools, on-site restaurants, tennis courts, arcade, playground, fitness center (must be 16 years and older to use equipment), and of course, PRIVATE beach access! The unit is perfect for your upcoming vacation! We’re a 2 bedroom and 2 full bath condominium. The living room is huge, with a great space to share family meals and enjoy those VIEWS! The living area boasts wood floors. Relax in the comfortable seating group consisting of a sofa that opens to a queen-sized bed and loveseat. Take in your favorite TV show or movie on the flat-screen TV. Or maybe you’ll just choose to sit and take in that fabulous view! You’ll find this area a lovely spot to talk about the day’s fun while planning for the next day’s activities. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine relaxing on the oceanfront balcony as you listen to the waves crashing against the shore and the seagulls chattering. The kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded new cabinets, and natural countertops along with everything you’ll need to prepare the family’s meals and snacks. A wet bar serves as a perfect coffee station. The convenient breakfast bar seats 4. The formal dining table seats 6 and is perfectly situated to take advantage of the incredible view. You’ll have the best seat in the house for every meal! You’ll find yourself lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean in the two bedrooms. The spacious master boasts a queen bed with a triple bunk bed and a separate seating area, perfect for catching up on social media or just enjoying a few minutes alone. The en-suite bath offers an upgraded vessel sink and tub/shower. The second bedroom offers a king bed and uses the hall bath with a vessel sink and tub/shower. Both bedrooms have private deck access and flat-screen TVs It’s all tastefully decorated with a gorgeous beach style to help you relax in those times when you’re not at the pool or on the sand.
