- This multi-level home offers step-free entry, but an interior staircase is required to access the kitchen and living room on the main floor. The home is not wheelchair accessible
- There is another bookable vacation rental on-site; other travelers may be present during your stay
- Please note that some nearby residents and a few fishing club members have been given access to the Jon Boats for fishing. If you see someone using the boats, they have been permitted to do so, and this is part of the private lake management to keep the fishery in top form
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is on the front of the home facing the front outdoor entry, and 1 camera is inside the dock area facing the boats. The cameras do not look into any interior living spaces. They record video and sound when activated by motion. Guests may unplug the camera facing the boats if they wish
