Enjoy the serene view of the aspens and steps to skiing. A quick 2 min walk to click into skis or board and ski down to the Lower Base of Park City Mountain. Sleep 6 in the large bunk room, 2 in a king bed and 2 on a full. Enjoy a meal in the large kitchen and dining room. Parking, space to spread out and more awaits. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
  • For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

House rules

  • First rule, have a wonderful time in magical Park City!
  • Please do not bring skis or poles in the house.
  • Please do not wear ski boots in the house.
  • Please do not smoke in or around the property. There is absolutely no smoking allowed and your deposit will be forfeited if there is any sign of smoking.
  • Please remove shoes when entering the home.
  • There are no pets allowed.
  • Please be courteous of the neighbors. Quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM.
