Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Dear Guests, to ensure a good check-in and check-out service, please maintain active communication with our Customer Service.
- CHECK-IN
- Online Check-in - complete the form indicating your arrival time and inserting your identity documents at least 24 hours prior to arrival to facilitate check-in procedures.
- Check-in by appointment from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. (from 8 p.m. to midnight an extra charge of € 30 is required)
- In the event of any delays to your arrival time, please inform us so that we can postpone and rearrange your meeting with the operator. Penalties will be charged for every hour of delay to the appointment.
- Late Check-in - in case of arrival after 20.00 please contact us so that we can check the availability of a late check in, extra service charges may apply.
- Smoking is not permitted in the house.
- Waste separation
- It is mandatory to separate organic waste, paper, plastic and glass from non-recyclable (mixed) waste. The waste separation service costs €30.00.
- CHECK-OUT
- Check-out time: by 10.30 a.m.
- Notify us of your check-out time 24 hours before your departure.
- OTHER CHECK-OUT RULES
- In order for us to be able to keep to the timetable for the check-out cleaning included in your booking, please leave the flat tidy with the rubbish properly separated and the dishes clean. You can start the dishwasher before leaving and we will empty it. We thank you for your kind cooperation!
- In order to ensure compliance with current public safety regulations, this property requires online check-in through its own channel, which may ask guests for a picture of their ID card and/or selfie.Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. To this end, the necessary measures will be taken to prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access.’
