You will have access to the entire property, on one level, with spacious and functional interiors, a private courtyard in the shadiest part of the garden and a panoramic porch, ideal for lunches, dinners or moments of relaxation outdoors. The entrance is through a stepped driveway that connects the private car park to the green area with a porch, continuing to the main door of the villa. The living area, facing south and overlooking the lake, includes a large living room with decorative fireplace, dining table and relaxation area with sofa and armchairs, fully equipped kitchen and a large balcony. The sleeping area, more private, includes a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and a second full bathroom. The hot water is managed by a 180-liter electric boiler . From the kitchen there is direct access to the outdoor area.
