Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- To ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience, we kindly ask you to maintain active communication with our Customer Service.
- CHECK-IN
- Online Check-in – Please complete the check-in form at least 24 hours before your arrival, including your estimated arrival time and valid identification documents. This will help streamline the check-in process.
- In-Person Check-in by Appointment: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- If you anticipate any delays beyond your scheduled arrival time, please notify us as soon as possible so we can reschedule accordingly. Please note that late arrivals without prior notice may incur penalty fees for each hour of delay.
- Late Check-in – For arrivals after 8:00 PM, please contact us in advance to verify the availability of a late check-in. Additional charges may apply for this service.
- Waste Separation
- It is mandatory to separate organic waste, paper, plastic, and glass from non-recyclable (mixed) waste. A waste sorting service is available for a fee of €30.00.
- Pets
- Pets may be allowed upon request, at a rate of €30.00 per week or €100.00 per month.
- CHECK-OUT
- Check-out time: by 10:30 AM
- Please inform us of your expected check-out time at least 24 hours before departure.
- OTHER CHECK-OUT RULES
- To help our team maintain the cleaning schedule included with your reservation, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment in good order:
- Ensure waste is properly sorted
- Clean all dishes (you may start the dishwasher before leaving; we will empty it)
- Thank you for your kind cooperation!
- In compliance with public safety regulations, this property requires online check-in through our dedicated channel. As part of the process, guests may be asked to upload a photo of their ID and/or a selfie.
- All personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679). Appropriate measures will be taken to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or loss of data.
