Between the two bedrooms is a functional workspace, perfect for catching up on emails or sending a fax, with high-speed internet access for convenience.
Designed by local interior designers Jeff Fenton and Chris Martinez, the home exudes a chic, Santa Fe-style aesthetic that perfectly complements the region’s beauty. Casa Segundo is approximately 1,400 square feet, making it the perfect size for a couple or small family. For larger parties, additional units in the Acequia Compound — including Casa de Madre and Casa de Portal — are available for rent and can be combined to accommodate more guests.
With its close proximity to the Plaza (just four blocks away) and Canyon Road (only three blocks away), guests can easily explore Santa Fe’s vibrant art scene, historic landmarks, and excellent dining options. The home also includes amenities like air conditioning, Apple TV with free Netflix, a DVD player, a washer/dryer, and one off-street parking spot. Pet stays are welcomed with prior approval from the homeowner, with a $250 pet fee per stay.
