The family room, dining room, and living room all feature two-story windows, ensuring you never miss a breathtaking scene.
The master bathroom is a true sanctuary, featuring a steam shower and a deep tub, perfect for long, relaxing soaks. Remote-controlled blinds allow you to easily shade the rooms during the day and open them at night to enjoy the sparkling city lights or the stunning sunsets. The home is cooled by A/C split units in the bedrooms (which also provide heat), while the downstairs is warmed by radiant floor heating.
With five fireplaces and beautiful artwork adorning the tall ceilings, evenings in are a true treat. Relax on reclining Natuzzi leather sofas and chairs in the family room, perfect for watching your favorite shows or sports on the 75” HD TV, all while enjoying a roaring fire.
The guest house offers additional privacy, with its own kitchenette and washer and dryer, ideal for friends on extended stays. Even the game room in the main house features a sleeper sofa with a Tempur-Pedic mattress for ultimate comfort.
Spanning 4,110 square feet, there’s more than enough room for everyone to spread out and relax before heading downtown or up to the slopes. The property is also close to Ten Thousand Waves, where you can enjoy a rejuvenating soak. A spacious deck and elegant pergola make the outdoors just as inviting as the inside.
