Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- HOUSE RULES:
- Please note, as part of the check-in process, you will receive a check-in link where you will be required to provide a £100 security deposit and submit all guest IDs.
- a- Please respect quiet hours: Between 10:00PM and 8:00AM
- b- No smoking inside the property. (A fine of £300.00+VAT penalty will apply)
- c- No pets allowed unless pre-approved.
- d- No parties, gatherings or loud music.(A fine of £1.000.00+VAT penalty will apply)
- e- The Guest agrees to abide by all building rules and regulations.
- f- No Misuse of Appliances: Guests must use kitchen and laundry facilities properly and avoid damaging equipment.
- g- Do not use towels to clean make up, any damaged linen/towels will be charged + admin fee.
- h- Check out time is 10:00AM and you can request a late check out at an extra charge.
- 7. MAINTENANCE & DAMAGES:
- The Guest shall keep the Property clean and notify the Provider immediately of any damage or required maintenance. The Guest is responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
