Koto House is a modern 3-bedroom property with a peaceful lakeside setting on Dragsfjärden. Large windows, warm interiors, and thoughtful details create an inviting place to stay. Outside, cascading terraces lead to a private sandy beach, a designer plunge jacuzzi, and a wood-fired sauna with lake views. A fully equipped kitchen, open-plan living space, and comfortable sleeping areas ensure a relaxed stay. Guests can use kayaks, a rowing boat, and fishing gear right from the shore.
Koto House is designed for relaxed lakeside living, combining contemporary style with practical comforts in a setting that feels both private and welcoming. Built in 2018 by local carpenters, the property makes the most of its waterfront position, with terraces stepping down toward a sandy beach.
Inside, the open-plan living area feels bright and spacious, anchored by a wood-burning fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows that look directly onto the water. A large sofa and soft lighting create an inviting spot to spend time together, whether you’re reading, watching a film, or simply taking in the view.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends, from morning coffee to evening dinners. A long dining table seats ten comfortably, with doors opening onto the terrace for easy outdoor dining in warmer weather.
Sleeping arrangements include two comfortable bedrooms in the main house, each with premium bedding and Smart TVs, plus a mezzanine with four single beds that’s ideal for children or extra guests. In summer, an additional bedroom in the sauna building offers another king-size bed close to the shore.
A spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and washing machine is complemented by the traditional wood-fired sauna, where you can look out over the lake as you relax.
Outdoors, the terraces are set up with sun loungers, dining furniture, and a charcoal grill. The designer plunge pool provides a refreshing place to cool off after the sauna. At the edge of the property, the private beach and pier make it easy to set out on the water in one of the kayaks or the rowing boat.
Koto House offers a comfortable base for exploring the archipelago, sharing meals, and enjoying time together by the lake in every season.
