Access to the apartment requires climbing two flights of stairs. ⚠️ On-site parking is available, subject to availability. This bright and inviting 66 m² apartment provides a comfortable retreat, ideal for families or groups. It features two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (150x195 cm) and a closet, and another with two single beds (90x195 cm) and a closet. The spacious living room offers a cozy sofa, a TV, and large floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy fresh air and sea views, the perfect spot to unwind. The terrace includes a table with chairs for four and a sofa, ideal for having a coffee or relaxing. The terrace can be accessed directly from both bedrooms and the living room. A separate, fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for home-cooked meals. The modern bathroom features a shower, bidet, and toilet for your convenience. To make your stay even more comfortable, the apartment comes with Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and beach essentials such as an umbrella and chairs, so you can make the most of the beach just a few steps away. You will have the entire apartment at your disposal.
