This remarkable villa is set in private grounds in the most desirable location in Ferragudo. The property offers a spacious open plan living all on one level with 4 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.
A covered outdoor terrace provides shade and an excellent spot for barbecues with seating for 8 or simply to enjoy the garden, open sea/skies beyond and perfect for watching the sunset with a glass of wine.
The property is tastefully furnished to a high standard throughout, fully airconditioned with all the rooms making the very best of the ocean and estuary views.
The entrance door opens to a grand entrance hall with a vaulted ceiling, which leads on to the living/dining area with large windows flooding the room with light while framing the wonderful ocean views. The living area includes comfortable sofas and seating, a decorative fireplace, TV, and WiFi.
The fully fitted kitchen is conveniently located next to the living area.
On the other side of the entrance hallway are 4 double en suite bedrooms all with ocean views and direct access to the upper terrace. Two of the bedrooms have an interlinked door.
From the covered outdoor terrace steps lead down to a lower terrace with comfy sofas and a pool area with 8 sun loungers. (Pool heating is available upon request at €250 per week from April to October).
3-minute walk to the beach and a 10-minute walk to Ferragudo main square where you will find fantastic cafes and restaurants.

Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024. The tourist tax charge is €2 per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of seven straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older. The tax is to be paid either prior or upon arrival.
