Villa James has been tastefully furnished and designed to a high standard throughout. With balconies that lead out of the living areas where you can admire the wonderful views and enjoy alfresco dining. Villa James is ideal for families, golfers, and extended families. On the upper floor is the lounge / games area and 3 bedrooms, on the lower floor is the kitchen / dining area and 4 bedrooms.

Carvoeiro is a fishing village halfway along the Algarve coast, about 45 minutes from Faro Airport. Over the last 15 years, grown to be a sizable holiday resort. However, it has not lost the intrinsic charm, as the development has been sympathetically done, keeping to low-rise buildings in the traditional Algarvian style. This cosmopolitan resort has a wide selection of restaurants and bars, a few nightclubs, boutiques, banks, chemist, local facilities and fantastic beaches.
Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024. The tourist tax charge is €2 per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of seven straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older. The tax is to be paid either prior or upon arrival.
