There is a stunning separate lounge with ample seating. This opens onto the pool (heating available upon request at €300 per week) and garden area with ocean views, a totally relaxed feeling! The fitted kitchen with double fridge/freezers, and all the modern facilities that one would expect from a luxury property. On the ground floor, there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms and a laundry room. On the 1st floor, there are two further bedrooms. One master suite with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom.  The 2nd bedroom has twin beds, guests can use the master ensuite or the shared bathroom, on the ground floor. The first-floor terrace offered stunning views of the sea and Monchique. External steps from the 1st floor lead down back to the garden area and patio. The outside dining area is conveniently located near the kitchen, barbecue, lounge, and pool. In the basement is a fun area with a ping pong table and basketball. Ferragudo is located just 5 minutes from Carvoeiro & Portimao. It has recently become one of the most fashionable holiday resorts on the Algarve and it’s easy to see why. It still retains that original fishing village charm, with one of the most picturesque harbours on the coast and only minutes away from some of the finest beaches in Portugal.   Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024. The tourist tax charge is €2 per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of seven straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older. The tax is to be paid either prior or upon arrival. Check-in / Check-out: 3 pm / 10 am. Bed linen, bathroom towels and pool towels provided. Travel cot and highchair available upon request.
