This 3-bedroom semi-detached townhouse is a perfect holiday destination for couples and families, with easy access to everything and anything that is needed. Most significantly, the properties location is ideal since being only 150m from the beach. Supermarkets and restaurants are just a 10-minute walk away and Puerto Banus and Marbella are less than 15 minutes away by car, allowing you easy access to all areas of the coast. For golfers, there are a dozen courses nearby.
The three-bedroom house displays a modern, cozy vibe. There is a warm living space with a tv, huge dinning and entertainment space and most importantly access to a private outdoor patio which has ample amounts of garden furniture.
The fully equipped modern kitchen features a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, induction cooking field, oven, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, all kind of kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. On the top floor, there is a huge rooftop terrace. The rooftop is equipped with comfortable seating, and a BBQ. Of course, you can also suntan and enjoy the view, especially towards La Concha.

The urbanization Guadalvillas is a gated community with own security guards. Guadalvillas encompasses two huge swimming pools just for the community inhabitants, one is just 20m away from the house. For the guests there is also beach 2 minutes away.
Additionally, we provide a great number of amenities for you so that you don’t have to worry about buying it before arrival. These include hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, dishwashing tablets, 2 rolls of toilet roll for each bathroom, sponge, dishwashing soap, wipes, and towels.
