Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Inside the property it is not allowed to consume, buy or sell any type of illegal substance for Mexico City.
- - No smoking inside the property.
- - No events or parties are allowed.
- - No loud music at all times.
- - It is forbidden to remove make-up or remove any substance with the bath towels, if any remain stained, the respective charge will be made.

- - Please respect the neighbors of the street and building.
- - When entering or leaving the property and/or the building, keep quiet to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
- - Please keep the entrance door closed at all times.
- - The guest who makes the reservation must send a photo of his ID before his arrival.
