Welcome to Pelican Watch #503! This recently renovated 5th-floor condo features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has been updated in 2024. The stunning kitchen boasts granite countertops, a central island, and stainless-steel appliances. With an open floor plan, you can enjoy quality time together and take in views of the Gulf of Mexico from both the kitchen and living room. The spacious living room opens directly onto the balcony, offering ample seating indoors and outdoors. Relax in the primary bedroom, which includes a king bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, while the second guest bedroom offers two twin beds, accommodating up to 6 guests. For your convenience, the condo also includes a washer and dryer. Pelican Watch is located directly on the beach with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from every balcony. A large pool and hot tub are the main amenities at this complex. Times Square and multiple shopping and dining experiences are available within a mile of the complex. Pelican Watch is a 6-story condo complex offering 2 to 3-bedroom units.
Area Activities:
Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover’s Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again.
