As you enter the home, you are greeted by a beautiful white marble floor and a pristine open floor plan with soft gray walls and gorgeous lighting. To the right of the hall, off of the entranceway is a queen bedroom with an en suite with a walk in shower. To the left of the hallway is another matching queen bedroom with an en-suite. As you go down the hall, you will be greeted by an open living space that includes a sparkling kitchen, complete with granite counter tops, a granite island and a comfortable eating area that seats 6. There are sliding doors that open to a balcony that has more seating and an outdoor mounted TV for evening relaxation. You may not want to use the TV, as your views are spectacular of the canal and the pool. As you head up to the next level, there is a washer and dryer on the left and a set of twin beds in the bedroom to the right of the hallway. The twin bedroom and the king bedroom at the end of the hall share an oversized bathroom that has a large walk-in shower. The king bedroom at the end has doors that lead out to a balcony with seating to have some solitude, read a book or just enjoy some quiet time. To the left of the hallway is an over-sized master bedroom with an en suite and doors that lead out to the adjoining balcony. We have saved the best for last, the pool area, complete with a bar, 2 mounted outdoor TV’s, plenty of comfortable furniture and stools in the pool. Come vacation in style at Sunsational Sunsets.
