This adorable home is located in the heart of the island and directly across from Newton Beach. The home is just two short blocks from the Trolley stop which is located in front of the Publix grocery store (the only one on the island), where you can hop on and head down to the Times Square location of the island for dining, bars and shopping. You are only a block from Publix, the marina, and boat rentals. We even provide beach wagons for you to transport your groceries in. Catch the trolley to take you to the downtown area or the Lover Key end of the island where it is a bit quieter!
Ascend the stairs to the front balcony, offering unparalleled gulf-front vistas and mesmerizing sunsets. Inside, an open-concept living room, dining area, and updated kitchen beckon, complete with a Margaritaville blender, Keurig, and other culinary essentials. Seating 6, extendable to 8, the dining room facilitates intimate meals or lively family game nights. Adjacent, the family room offers extra sleeping space on a pull-out queen sofa, accompanied by an array of games for cherished family bonding. This floor also has a full bathroom, including a shower/tub combo.
Retreat to the upstairs balcony for a moment of tranquility with a captivating book, or revel in the master bedroom’s full-length balcony boasting sweeping Gulf panoramas. The master bedroom indulges with a king bed, ample storage, and a full en-suite bathroom, shower only. Two guest bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a convenient laundry room complete the second floor. And for our guests who love to be productive, two of the rooms in this unit boast workstations/desks! Outside, start your day soaking up the sun with a relaxing day by the pool and spa! As the sun descends, spend your time gathering on cushioned seating around the fire table or under the stars, accompanied by the soothing sound of waves sitting around the fire pit that invites unforgettable evenings. (Guests provide the wood for burning!). Parking for 3 cars is provided. Please do not park on the shells.
Late flight back home? Enjoy hanging out at the Junkanoo/ Fresh Catch restaurants which are easy to enjoy before and after check out while waiting for flights!!!

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover’s Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again.
