Just 400m from 2 wonderful beaches (and few minutes from more others) and only 1 km from the scenic village of Marpissa "Rising Moon Villa" in Paros is a destination by itself. The ideal location (close to NAOUSA and so many other famous spots of Paros) and the natural landscape gives you the feeling of the Aegean purity only a few visitors get to enjoy on the islands anymore. Trekking paths passing by, lead to quiet beaches and a beautiful hilltop monastery. The Sun and the Moon Rise, are spectacular from the big verandas. The access to the beaches, the villages and the towns of Paros, is so easy that despite the privacy the house offers, you are near everything you need. A small part of the road (400m) is a little steep so we suggest an SUV for your transportation)

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
