If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage Waiver / Security Deposit You will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone. Pet Policy: For units that permit pets: Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation cancelled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet.
