This Sand Dunes Townhome has many interior upgrades with every possible amenity you could desire and beautiful new flooring throughout. The open living area extends from the amazing kitchen and dining area through the large bi-fold door to a balcony overlooking the pool and partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The elegant kitchen has a large island for preparing meals, seating and entertaining. It features high end appliances, granite counter tops and is fully equipped. The newly remodeled home spreads out over close to1600 square feet on two levels. Each level has a balcony with seating for you to relax and enjoy. Living room, dining area, kitchen, a half bath as well as a bright office area with a desk are on the main level. The upper level features 2 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom attached and a laundry room with a full washer and dryer. The second balcony is off the primary bedroom. A sparkling shared pool is just a few steps away. You can overlook the pool while sitting on one of your balconies. PLEASE NOTE: There is no elevator for access at this property, stairs only.

Walk less than half a mile and you can enjoy some food, a cocktail, live entertainment while watching the dolphins play at Crabby’s on the Pass. Or walk across the bridge, less than a mile, where you will find John’s Pass Village which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all.
For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. After your adventures, have a bite to eat at the many fantastic restaurants Treasure Island has to offer such as The Pearl Restaurant, Caddy’s, The Boardwalk Grill and many more! No matter what you decide to do, you’ll have plenty of happy memories to take away!
