Location Ano Meria, Folegandros Free public parking is available approximately 500 meters from the property - safe and accessible. Access by Car The road is not paved with cement, and even small cars have difficulty turning close to the entrance. We recommend parking 500 m away and continuing either: - On foot - around 5-6 minutes on a light incline, or - By scooter - if available. Ideal Access - Scooter/Motorbike Scooters can easily reach the entrance gate of the house without issue. This is the most comfortable and practical option.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
