The main floor treats you to stunning views of the ocean and white sandy south beach. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring custom cabinetry, an XL center island, stylish tile backsplash, high-end stainless-steel appliances with plenty of cabinetry for storage and a bar entertainment station with beverage cooler, and ice maker. The dining table combined with the center island seats 12 guests with stunning ocean views. Think Serena and Lilly furnishings throughout. The grand living room allows plenty of family and entertainment time. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects to expansive outdoor living spaces, perfect for soaking in the coastal ambiance and to allow all to gather and enjoy the salty breeze while relaxing in the chaise lounge chairs or while gathering around for a meal cooked on the gas grill. The first floor welcomes you to the six-bedroom suites each one thoughtfully designed with comfort and style in mind, offering a tranquil haven for relaxation after a day of beachside fun. The master bedroom is a retreat in itself offering a king size bed and private bathroom with an oversized walk-in tiled shower. Next you will find a bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. Two additional luxurious bedrooms, each have king beds and beautifully tiled bathrooms. Across the hall is the bunk room that has two, custom built bunks with two double beds with twin over them and another bunk with twin. The bunk room has a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The sixth bedroom has a pull out sleeper sofa and another private full bathroom. It can double as an open media bonus room to cozy up with a book, play a board game, or watch a good movie with the ocean sounds in the background. This home provides guests with three 4-seat golf carts to enjoy the island. It also provides the convenience of a booster seat, a pack n play, for those with small children. For entertainment, high speed internet is provided. A First Night Amenity Kit including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps and shampoo will be waiting for you! Our full time, on island home manager will go the extra mile to help guests feel special. *Club memberships are optional and subject to availability.
