* Guest access: guests shall have access to our entire home.
* Three bedrooms with one being a bonus room that has a window and closet.
* Office space attached to the primary bedroom for those working remotely.
* Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis with extra deposit required.
* Fenced-in backyard; creek accessible in summer and fall.
* Max overnight guest limit is 6 (no large parties)
* Single-level home (although there are small steps in between certain rooms)
Guests shall have access to our entire home.
Additionally the backyard is fenced-in. The gate to the creek is accessible during summer and fall (use at your own risk), deers can be spotted around the house, and there are an amazing amount of bird species in trees (especially early in the morning or at dusk). See the beautiful sunrise in the front of the home, and enjoy peaceful sunsets and a magical golden hour out on the deck.
**The house is located in a quiet community. After 10 pm all outdoor entertaining needs to move inside and the hot tub can no longer be used.
**Fireplace and deck heater: please be advised these are not operable by guests.
**There are outdoor cameras & noise monitors to help us maintain our sensitive neighbor relations & assure a peaceful tranquil experience for everyone!
