If you’re looking for an authentic Curaçao experience away from the crowds, our villa at Piscadera Bay Resort is the perfect place to unwind. Set in a peaceful, tropical environment, this villa combines privacy, comfort, and an ideal location close to both nature and culture.
The resort is just a short walk from Pirate Bay Beach, a charming and relatively undiscovered gem, and only minutes from Otrobanda, the vibrant cultural heart of Willemstad. Explore colorful streets filled with street art, local boutiques, and excellent restaurants—all within easy reach.
Location & Resort
Piscadera Bay Resort is nestled along the shores of Piscadera Bay and offers a refreshing alternative to the island’s busier tourist areas. Each bungalow within the resort is individually owned and uniquely styled, creating a relaxed and authentic atmosphere.
Our villa is surrounded by lush tropical greenery, including palm trees, oleanders, bougainvillea, and the soothing sounds of local birds—your own private Caribbean oasis.
Outdoor Living
Situated on a scenic 200 m² hillside plot, the villa is embraced by natural foliage and designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Large sliding doors connect the spacious living room to the generous terrace.
The 7 x 3 meter private swimming pool features multiple seating areas, four sun loungers, and a comfortable lounge corner, offering both sunny and shaded spots throughout the day. The covered terrace includes a large outdoor dining table for six and a complimentary BBQ, perfect for relaxed evenings under the palms.
Interior & Comfort
Inside, the bright and spacious living room (8 x 8 meters) features a comfortable seating area, ceiling fans, and a TV with internet streaming.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including:
- American-style refrigerator with freezer and ice maker
- Dishwasher
- Oven/microwave
- Coffee maker, toaster, kettle
- Complete cookware and utensils
A separate utility room provides a washing machine for added convenience.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The villa offers three spacious bedrooms:
- Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace
- Two additional bedrooms sharing a modern second bathroom
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure comfortable nights year-round.

Practical Information:
Our nightly rate covers the accommodation and WIFI. In addition, a fixed utility fee per night will be charged to cover water and electricity usage. To support sustainability and avoid unnecessary charges, we kindly ask guests to use utilities responsibly.
A one-time cleaning fee is also applied per stay. This includes professional cleaning before arrival and standard check-out cleaning. Please note that if excessive cleaning is required, additional charges may apply at the guest’s expense. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an extra fee and includes fresh linens and towels.
