Beautiful villa built in 2019 overlooking the Spanish Water, Table Mountain and Caracas Bay. In the quiet area of Brakkeput Abou (5 min. from Jan Thiel Beach) is the modern, atmospheric villa with pool and tropical garden. Once you enter the villa, the stairs lead you from the entrance to living room. The house is built against a hill, so that the entrance to the house is accessible with a staircase, but at the back of the house one walks into the back garden on the ground floor. The dining room and sitting area with television are on the porch and are actually just "outside". Also here, a guest toilet is available. The pool deck and pool border this porch. On the terrace, there is even a bathtub!
Through a double sliding door you enter the kitchen with cooking island, bar stools and a detached American fridge with ice dispenser. To the left of the kitchen is the spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (toilet, washbasin and rain shower) and large wardrobe. This room has air conditioning, but the experience shows that guests feel more comfortable opening all the shutters (with screens!) and turning on the ceiling fan. Since the house is wonderfully located on the wind, this is often sufficient and deliciously fresh.
To the right of the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine and extra fridge. Through this room you enter through the back door directly to the clothesline. Behind the kitchen is the staircase to the second floor, where there are two more bedrooms. These bedrooms also have air conditioning and ceiling fan. The bedrooms share on the same floor a bathroom (sink and rain shower) and a separate toilet. Both rooms have access to the roof terrace with lounge sofa and beautiful views over the Spanish Water and Table Mountain.
The house is fully enclosed and the driveway is accessible through an electric gate. The spacious driveway accommodates several cars.
Other things to note: Under the villa is another studio, which is also rented. The villa and the studio share the driveway. Both accommodations have their own entrance.
Our rate includes free WiFi. An average utility usage of $ 25,- will be added to your nightly rate. To help us promote sustainability and avoid unnecessary charges, we kindly ask that you use water and electricity thoughtfully—especially when using the air conditioning.
