The rooftop also a dining area, making it the perfect spot for al fresco dining. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- NEED TO KNOW Electricity is included in short-term stays (<28 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. Should your stay be 28 nights or more, we will collect a security deposit before check-in. Please note that there is still some construction ongoing in the development. The construction is located in an isolated area at the very far end of the development to ensure that guests are not being disturbed. In general Tulum is a high growth area with a big deal of real estate investment. Ask us if you are thinking to invest here and we can provide you with recommendations. Notes about the jacuzzi: - the max temperature is 113°F / 45°C - the jacuzzi will heat up automatically twice per day, once in the afternoon and once in the evening - we are unable to change the hours due to noise restrictions in the building - please do not take glass with you into the jacuzzi In order to clarify the terms of the reservation we would like to invite all our guests to read our house rules before booking.
